Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) inked a project contract worth SAR 49.64 million with the Board of Grievances on 8 March 2023, according to a bourse filing.

The project aims to foster the sustainability and operation of electronic services. It also plans to ensure the readiness and stability of the systems, as well as the non-interruption of electronic services to the users.

The Saudi Board of Grievances, represented by the General Department of Information Technology, seeks to maintain high efficiency in the work of systems, applications, devices, and network infrastructure.

MIS indicated that the deal aligns with the government body's objectives to meet the business requirements as quickly as possible for three years.

The company also pointed out that the project, which was awarded o 24 January 2023, will reflect on its income statements during the 2023-2026 period.

Last month, the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) awarded MIS a project agreement at a value of SAR 228.76 million.
