Azizi's Riviera work in full swing; Phases 1,2,3 nearing completion

UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced that work is progressing at a steady pace on Riviera, its French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront community project, coming up in MBR City Dubai.

Giving a project update, Azizi said the Phase 1 of the project now stands 99% completed with the majority of the buildings already being handed over, while the Phase 2 now stands at 98%, Phase 3 at 92% and Phase 4 at 27% completion, respectively.

With 30 buildings already completed, totalling approximately 6,000 units, the rest of all of phases 1, 2, and 3 are to be finished within the coming months, it added.

Commenting on the rapid construction, CEO Farhad Azizi said: "To see our efforts pay off continuously in terms of build quality, construction speed, and local and international demand, feels incredibly gratifying to all of us at Azizi Developments."

"Riviera is such a vast and well-though-through community, one that will be home to 16,000 families who will see their lifestyles being elevated into a realm of unparalleled comfort, convenience, health, and well-being. Many have already received their keys, with many more receiving them in the coming weeks and months," noted Azizi.

"It fills us with immense pride to be building this world-class community, a city of its own, and to see it truly come to life with residents beginning to move in," he stated.

Azizi Developments is now gearing up for the remainder of its 2023 deliveries, he added.
