Syed Nasir, director, course promotions, Polyglot, said the institute is classified as Grade A by the Ministry of Manpower and is the first institute in Oman to achieve an ISO 9001: 2008 certification.

Dr Reik, managing director of Edgetec, an Oman-based SAP value-added reseller, said, "This is a major step in enabling the development of professionally trained SAP resources in Oman."
