DUBAI- Oman Oil Co's Oman Gas unit has signed a partnership agreement with Gulf Energy Development to develop the Duqm independent power and water plant project, the Omani company said in a tweet on Thursday.

Duqm should have an installed production capacity of 326 megawatts of electricity, and 1,667 m3/hour of water, it said.
