On March 27, Amman Marriott Hotel joined Jordan Tourism Board (JTB) to welcome the inaugural flight of easyJet to its newest route to Amman. The new route was initiated with a very high profile familiarization and press trip to Jordan. Many prominent journalists, easyJet CEO, Carolyn McCall and her senior management stayed at Amman Marriott Hotel. They also enjoyed a welcome dinner in Villa Mediterrano Restaurant hosted by JTB and attended by Minister of Tourism, Haifa Abu-Ghazaleh.
The UK-headquartered low-cost airline operates three weekly services to Amman from London Gatwick airport, departing on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
