UAE-based Binghatti Developers said work was moving at a steady pace at its Dh60-million ($16.3 million) residential tower, Binghatti East, located in heart of the Silicon Oasis community, and was on track for delivery by the end of September.

Binghatti East is amongst a number of projects that are currently being developed in Dubai Silicon Oasis including Binghatti Stars, Binghatti West, Binghatti Sapphires, Binghatti Crystals, Binghatti Platinum, Binghatti Vista with a total of 1122 units being currently developed in this thriving community, said the developer in a statement.

Spread over a construction area of 153,682 sq ft, Binghatti East features 60 residential units, including 40 one-bedroom and 20 two-bedroom apartments.

It features a plethora of lifestyle amenities including a heat-monitored swimming pool, a health club, a children’s play area, and a public terrace for residents to enjoy, it stated.

The basement, ground, and five residential floors of the six-storey building have already been completed, and at this pace, the company will ensure that the project will be delivered on time, it added.

Located at the heart of the master planned Smart City of Dubai Silicon Oasis, Binghatti East is centred within walking distance of both the cutting-edge Silicon Park, the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority’s flagship mixed-use community development, and the upcoming Silicon Oasis Mall.

The Silicon Mall development will feature a LuLu Hypermarket, as well as a cinema, and numerous dining and shopping destinations, said the developer in a statement.

Commenting on the project, CEO Muhammad BinGhatti, said: "We are very pleased with the progress of construction works in Binghatti East. We have reached a business model that suits all customer segments, including real estate investors, as our speed of projects’ delivery allows investors to realise investment returns in record time through leasing or reselling."
