In his new role, Graham will be responsible for spearheading the Company's growth in the digital space globally and will be based in the US.

In his previous roles Graham has held key leadership positions in companies like Ernst & Young, Capgemini, Bell South, eLoyalty, Touchbase and Isobar (an Aegis Dentsu company) amongst others. In his last role he was Global Head of Customer Experience Management & Transformation at Mphasis. He is a well-respected public speaker, author, blogger and has also established himself as a successful entrepreneur by founding four companies.
