UAE: Ishraq Gulf Real Estate Holding Company and Arab Real Estate Company (AREC) have tied up to build an Express hotel by the Holiday Inn in Kuwait City, and the agreement to this effect was signed yesterday in Dubai. Ishraq has rights to develop the Express brand in the Middle East.
