Tehran, Sept 15, IRNA - Iran's crude oil production rose by 50,000 bpd in August, reaching 3,180,000 barrels a day in total, according to the OPEC secretariat monthly report .
Tehran, Sept 15, IRNA - Iran's crude oil production rose by 50,000 bpd in August, reaching 3,180,000 barrels a day in total, according to the OPEC secretariat monthly report .
The OPEC September report put Iran's heavy crude average price for each barrel in the OPEC basket of 12 crudes at 46.25 dollars in August. Iran's heavy crude price in July stood at 54.86 dollars a barrel in July.
The average price for Iran's heavy crude from January to August in 2015 was 53.29 dollars a barrel. The figure was 104.085 dollars for entire 2014.
The average price for OPEC crude basket fell by 8.073 dollars to 54.019 dollars in July, standing at 45.046 dollars.
