Customers can get up to 25 years financing for luxurious Marina Arcade development

Dubai - Emirates Islamic, one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the UAE, has announced that it has tied up with Marina Arcade to offer attractive home finance facilities for Marina Arcade Tower, a signature free-hold residential development in Dubai Marina. Marina Arcade is a boutique property development company headquartered in Dubai, and founded by prominent investors in the GCC. The agreement was signed by Faisal Aqil, Deputy CEO - Consumer Wealth Management, Emirates Islamic and Abdulaziz Al Awar, Chief Executive Officer, Marina Arcade at a ceremony held recently.

Customers can avail up to 25 years financing at competitive rates for the premium project that will offer one, two, three bedroom and duplex apartments and rooftop townhouses with exclusive elevators and Jacuzzis with stunning views of The Palm and Dubai Marina. The G+47 tower will house luxurious facilities.

To safeguard customers' property investments, Emirates Islamic is also offering escrow account services for the project.
