SHARJAH, 28th March, 2017 (WAM) -- H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued Emiri Decree No. 16 of 2017, to amend Emiri Decree No. 22 of 1999, regarding Prince Abdul Mohsin bin Jalawi Centre for Research and Islamic Studies in the emirate of Sharjah.
According to the first article of the Decree, an article will be added to the Emiri Decree No. 22 of 1999. The article states, "Regarding the exclusion of consumer service charges, the centre is exempted from all local government taxes and fees."Under the second article, the Decree shall be effective from the date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.Copyright Emirates News Agency (WAM) 2017.
