The prestigious award was presented to Abdulaziz Yaqoub Al-Babtain, Chief Executive Officer, Fadi Kawar, Chief Operating Officer, and Mijbil Alayoub, Senior Director, Corporate Communications, Ooredoo Kuwait, by Faten Abu Ghazaleh, President of Service Hero.

As part of its constant efforts to foster a culture of "service excellence" where both; brands and customers flourish, Service Hero, the company providing the region’s only consumer powered customer satisfaction index, honored the country's best performing service providers along with nationwide winners. The awards ceremony which was held virtually shed light on the companies’ ability to overcome numerous challenges and provide the best customer experience despite the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The ceremony also explored the consumer behavior changes due to the global pandemic, COVID-19, and the importance of the robust relationship between customers and companies in the continuity, prosperity and growth of businesses.

Indeed, the year of the pandemic 2020 was one of the biggest challenges that offered companies and brands the opportunity to prove their ability to adapt to the changes, and offer the best customer experience despite all the obstacles and uncertainty the world witnessed.
