Kuwait: To continue with its efforts towards providing its customers with new and outstanding services, Boubyan Bank has announced the launch of its new credit cards issuance and activation service, for the first time in Kuwait, through the upcoming Boubyan App update, which will enable Boubyan customers to issue and activate their credit cards without having to visit a Boubyan branch or even call its Contact Center. This reiterates the bank's leadership in providing customers with digital services and products.

In this context, Boubyan Bank's Deputy CEO, Abdulla Al-Tuwaijri, stated: “Boubyan Bank has always confirmed its leadership in introducing many services and products ‘for the first time in Kuwait’ through diversity, excellence and constant keenness on providing creative and innovative digital products and services for its customers in a constant quest for convenience and simplicity to cater for customers' daily needs.”

As soon as the application is accepted, a customer can obtain his/her new credit card from cards’ issuance devices linked to Boubyan ATMs or Boubyan Direct devices 24/7 without having to visit a branch or even calling Boubyan Bank’s Contact Center.", Al-Tuwaijri added.

He went on to add: “Customers can now activate new credit cards, choose their PINs, and use them immediately in shopping in a secure, easy and comfortable way.”

Moreover, Al-Tuwaijri stressed that: “Issuing such cards comes as a part of our constant understanding of our customers' wishes and their expectations to find easily accessible banking services that meet their daily needs as well as our ongoing keenness on reaching service levels way beyond our customers' expectations.”

Boubyan App is one of the most prominent Apps, whether in terms of ease of use or growth in the number of users, their feedback and rating of the App, which places it in the lead bearing in mind that customers’ needs are focused on core services such as opening accounts, performing various banking transactions like transfers and payment of invoices, and having access to financing in addition to credit cards, and customers may now have quick and easy access to these services through Boubyan App .
