The new branch serves customers all week long from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., except Fridays, on which it is open from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m.
The new branch provides a dedicated space for meetings and gatherings, which will be used for holding seminars and meetings for Business Banking Customers, as well as for activities related to Al Shabab Package Customers and all banking awareness activities.

The new branch reflects NBK's keenness to ensure customers’ convenience during banking, starting with the modern design with state-of-the-art technology, the screens across the branch, and customers can even control branch lighting themselves.
Customers can make their exchange transactions through ITMs, ATMs and CDMs without the need for employees. However, NBK Employees are available to help customers make other banking transactions quickly and easily.
The new branch includes a special screen for NBK Rewards Program for customers to know about current promotions when using NBK Credit Cards.
The bank also displays, at a special suite in the new branch, its latest banking products and cutting-edge payment solutions provided to customers, in addition to the latest services and upgrades to NBK Mobile Banking App, which provides customers with a quick and easy way to bank at any time, without the need to visit the branch.
The new branch offering customers quick, easy banking while keeping them safe during the global coronavirus pandemic manifests NBK's keenness to maintain customers’ safety, and as part of the bank's relentless efforts, since the beginning of this global health crisis, which aim to extend all kinds of support and provide protection to customers and employees.

This comes in light of continuous communication with them to identify their needs, which are studied and analyzed very carefully to ensure that they are fully met; thus giving them an exceptional banking experience matching the latest services offered to their peers from the youth category all over the world.
Al-Othman noted that advanced payment solutions, allowing remote purchases, as well as interactive banking services that do not require direct contact, unlike traditional branches, come in the context of NBK’s endeavors, and in line with the directives of the Central Bank of Kuwait and the government's diligent efforts, to contain the spread of epidemics and transmission of infection, in view of the global coronavirus pandemic outbreak. As part of its effort to provide customers with advanced payment solutions, NBK launched Samsung Pay, which relies on MST and NFC technologies, as smartphone users can make different payments using Samsung Pay at most POS supporting this service, as well as their favorite stores and online shopping sites through Galaxy smartphones.
Furthermore, NBK launched two new services, Fitbit Pay and Garmin Pay, earlier this year, which provide customers with a quick and secure way to make payments in one tap, as customers can easily pay using compatible Fitbit and Garmin devices, making the bank the first to launch these two services locally. NBK also offers a wide range of banking products and services that suit the lifestyles of customers, as they can choose from NBK Credit Cards that are tailored to cater to their different needs, while providing them with various benefits and rewards.
NBK continues to consolidate its leading position in the banking sector through the largest domestic banking network in Kuwait with 68 branches all over Kuwait, in addition to a large POS network exceeding 14,000 terminals, including 12,300 NFC-enabled devices, which is the largest all over Kuwait.
