Riyadh – The board of Saudi Cement Company has decided to pay out 15% cash dividends to shareholders for the first half (H1) of 2020, according to the company's disclosure to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Wednesday.

The cash dividends distributed over 153 million shares stand at SAR 1.50 per share and a total amount of SAR 229.50 million.

The payment of dividends will be carried out by Riyad Bank on 25 June 2020.

In the first quarter (Q1) of 2020, the company's net profits rose by 11.48% to SAR 147.6 million, compared with SAR 132.4 million for Q1-19.
