Saudi Al Sorayai discloses update on rights issue

REUTERS/StringerRiyadh – Al Sorayai Trading and Industrial Group’s rights issue registered an 82.83% coverage, with 9.33 million of subscribed shares out of the 11.266 million offered shares.
The value of the subscribed shares amounted to SAR 93.31 million, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday.
The remaining shares will be offered from 10:00 AM on Tuesday 11 February 2020, until 05:00 PM on Wednesday 12 February 2020.
