Egypt's Rowad Tourism sees changes in shareholding structure

Egypt - Equity owner Ali Mahgoub in Rowad Tourism Company purchased 342,639 of his shares at a total value of EGP 10.851 million, according to a June 20thdisclosure to the Egyptian Exchange.

The transaction was executed at an average price of EGP 31.6630 per share, the company noted.

Mahgoub currently owns 8.6479% in Rowad Tourism, from the 6.6684% equity prior to the increase.

The stakeholder has recently exited additional shares at a value of EGP 5.12 million.

Rowad is an Egypt-based public shareholding company that operates in the tourism industry.

The company is engaged in tourism development and construction activities, namely ownership, construction, leasing, and management of hotels and touristic resorts.
