ArabFinance: Egypt Aluminum (EGAL) announced the resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) that convened on Oct.14.
The OGM approved the Board of Directors’ (BoD) report for the fiscal year 2018/2019.
It also ratified to distribute EGP 148,797,537 to shareholders (EGP 0.75/share).
