Mubasher: The board of Agility Public Warehousing has recommended distributing cash dividends, equivalent to 10% of the share nominal value for 2020.

After deducting treasury shares, the cash dividend payout stands at 10 fils per share, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

Meanwhile, the board has proposed to distribute bonus shares of 10% of the current share capital value or the value of 10 shares for 100 shares.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2020, the company's net profits attributable to the equity holders plunged by 52.1% to KWD 41.577 million, compared to KWD 86.759 million in 2019.
