Kuwait-based Agility Public Warehousing Company KSCP has announced the value of its public private partnership with Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW), at KD 104 million ($340 million).

Under the agreement, first revealed in January, the public warehousing company, a fully owned subsidiary of Agility, provides for the development of 1.2 million sqm of last as industrial and storage zones, plus labor camp, in Sabah Al Ahmed Residential Area, for a period of 30 years.

“The investment in this project is around KD 104 million,” the company said in a statement to Dubai Financial Market.
