MANAMA: Seef Avenue, the latest residential project by Kooheji Real Estate Development Company, has been launched at an event held under the patronage of Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Rera) chief executive Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.

Work on the project started in early 2016 and handover has been on since April 20 this year.

Located in Seef District, opposite City Centre Bahrain, the 26-storey tower has 190 apartments now available to own or lease. The apartments are sized up to 90sqm for one-bedroom units and 150sqm for two-bedroom units.

The interiors feature Italian materials.

“We are pleased with the opening of the Kooheji project Seef Avenue as such diversified projects attract investment to Bahrain’s real estate sector,” said Shaikh Mohammed.

The project has witnessed high demand from investors not just because of its prime location, but also luxurious facilities, said Kooheji Real Estate chief executive Mohamed Al Kooheji.

“We were able to achieve diversity in our real estate portfolio by launching a series of mega-projects across Bahrain that have defined a new concept of luxury.”

The company has been operating for more than 45 years in real estate development alongside its hospitality arm, Royal Ambassador.
