Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Aramco Total Services Company (Satorp) incurred net losses worth SAR 1.03 billion during the first half (H1) of 2021, an increase of 4% compared to SAR 989.72 million in H1-20.

The loss per share widened to SAR 1.25 in H1-21 from SAR 1.2 in H1-20, according to the financial results on Thursday.

Sales meanwhile surged by nearly 59% to SAR 16.75 billion in the first six months of 2021 from SAR 10.54 billion.

In the second quarter (Q2) of 2021, Satorp suffered net losses worth SAR 409.82 million, up by 19% from SAR 343.9 million in Q2-20.

The sales jumped by 121% to SAR 10.93 billion in Q2-21 from SAR 4.94 billion in Q2-20.

On a quarterly basis, the net losses in Q2-21 were 33.9% lower than SAR 620.91 million in Q1-21, while the sales increased by 87% to SAR 5.82 billion.
