· Elects Fady Kassatly to Senior Vice President, co-leading Booz Allen Hamilton MENA's public sector innovation platform and overseeing its digital government platform

· Elects Souheil Moukaddem to Senior Vice President, leading strategy and organization in MENA with a focus in human capital, leadership, and large transformation programs

UAE, Dubai – Global consulting and technology firm Booz Allen Hamilton has elected Fady Kassatly and Souheil Moukaddem as Senior Vice Presidents. In his new role, Fady Kassatly will co-lead the public sector innovation platform and lead the digital government business platform. Whereas, Souheil Moukaddem will grow the firm’s strategy and organizational design offering with his wide-ranging expertise in human capital management.

These key appointments are another important milestone in strengthening Booz Allen Hamilton’s business in the rapidly evolving public and private sector landscape in the Middle East and North Africa.

Fady joined Booz Allen Hamilton in 2006. He has over 22 years of experience in management consulting.  Since 2011, he has been an active member of the Young Arab Leaders organization, where he mentors young entrepreneurs, business delegates and university students. Fady holds an MSc in management science from HEC Montréal and a BComm in management from McGill University.

Souheil initially joined Booz Allen Hamilton in 1996 after receiving a Master's degree in Public Policy from Harvard University. He was at the firm until 2003, and then he returned in 2014 to lead the Organization and Human Capital service offering for Booz Allen in MENA.
