A NEW distribution station has been completed in Nabih Saleh area, as part of the first phase of water transportation network.

Electricity and Water Minister Wael Al Mubarak visited the new facility, accompanied by Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) chief executive Shaikh Nawaf bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa and Capital Trustees’ chairman Saleh Tarrada.

Work is still underway to install a solar panel system on the upper tank of the new station, which cost BD3.5 million.

Nass Contracting Company constructed the station and installed latest mechanical, electrical, control and communication equipment from leading international companies.

Ahmed Mansour Al Aali Company also carried out the work of covering the upper tank and installing solar panels.
