Muscat: High-end technology is now being used to treat patients with open wounds in Ibri, according to the Ibri Hospital.
In a statement online, the hospitals said it has "launched a new advanced service called Vacuum Assisted Closure Therapy", that assists in closing and healing wounds by decreasing air pressure around a wound.
Ibri hospital added that "this advanced technique is an effective complementary method that successfully contributes to wound healing."
