Mubasher: Kuwait Bahrain International Exchange said that it will optionally withdraw from Boursa Kuwait on Monday, 27 April 2020.
The firm’s decision followed the approval of the Capital Markets Authority's (CMA) commissioners board to optionally delist from the bourse last week, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
The withdrawal shall not have any material impact on the company’s financial position.
