CAIRO, Egypt: After a few months of extensive & thorough negotiations, hard work and dedication to reach the most suitable hotel operator to manage this Red Sea Gem, the executive team of Evolve Business Development Solutions has successfully concluded the management agreement signing of DoubleTree by Hilton Mangroovy El Gouna Resort.
Mangroovy For Real Estate & Tourism Investment appointed Evolve Business Development Solutions to be its exclusive hospitality consultancy firm to manage the process of acquiring & selecting an international hotel operator to manage its first hospitality project in El Gouna. Evolve’s team developed the project presentation along with the RFP communication to hand-picked potential hotel management companies, led the negotiations’ meetings of the commercial terms in preparation of the MOU with the selected operator, up till the conclusion of the management agreement signing.
The upscale DoubleTree by Hilton Mangroovy El Gouna Resort is due to open in 2020 and will feature modern tranquil 179 rooms & suites, a direct access to the beach & a pool bar, a specialty restaurant, health club, spa and meeting/banquet space of over 1000sqm.
The resort will act as the focal point of the Mangroovy Residence compound, containing over 700 residential units on the unique & famous Mangroovy beach, alongside water sports facilities, multiple swimming pools and a club house, in addition to a number of restaurants at the beachfront and in the resort.
