Bahrain, Manama:CBRE announces the first tenant agreements at Ain 520, the new boutique retail, F&B and leisure development on Budaiya Highway which is set to become one of the country’s popular lifestyle destinations.

The global real estate firm is appointed to lease and manage the property, which will offer over 5,000 sq.m across 14 stand-alone units and that offers an appealing, green environment for customers – inspired by art and nature. The project is currently pre-leasing and is expected to soft launch in early 2021.

  • Three more restaurants are also committed and commencing fit out works, including:

Café Arabica, an International restaurant and Petit Café, a Lebanese eatery – all of which will accommodate shisha lounges. 

Ain 520 provides space for: dine in restaurants with outdoor seating, convenience focused drive throughs, retailers, wellness and beauty centres and other uses. There is ample general parking and unit side bays for direct access.
