Earnings per share stood at SAR 2.44 in the January-June 2021 period, higher than SAR 1.3 in the same period last year, according to the initial income statements on Tuesday.
Sales grew 4.5% to SAR 242.72 million in H1-21 from SAR 232.26 million in H1-20.
During the second quarter (Q2) of 2021, Zahrat Al Waha registered an annual surge of 145.8% in net profit to SAR 16.27 million from SAR 6.62 million in Q2-20.
The sales also rose by 14.7% to SAR 124.58 million in Q2-21 from SAR 108.61 million in Q2-20.
On a quarterly basis, the net profits in Q2-21 were lower by 19.9% than SAR 20.32 million in Q1-21. The sales, meanwhile, went up 5.4% from SAR 118.13 million.
