Cairo - Al Ahly Capital Holding Co reduced its stake in Alexandria Mineral Oils Company (AMOC) to 20.64% from 21.34%.

The company sold 9.12 million shares for EGP 32.49 million, averaging EGP 3.56 per share, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.

Pharos Securities acted as a broker in the transaction.

During fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021, AMOC turned to net profits of EGP 413.34 million, against net losses of EGP 477.02 million a year earlier.
