SINGAPORE - China's Unipec is seeking 10 liquefied natural gas (LNG) cargoes for delivery from November to January, two industry sources said on Thursday.

The company is seeking the cargoes through a tender that will close on Oct. 23, one of the sources said.

China's LNG imports are expected to grow 10% to new highs this year as companies scoop up cheap supplies to cover increasing industrial use and robust residential demand.
