The CEO of Saudi Arabia-based Basic Chemical Industries Company has resigned, it was announced today.

In a statement to Saudi Stock Exchange Tadawul, the company said its board had accepted the resignation of Osama Farouk, who served as CEO for five years, for personal reasons.
