Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) has recommended distributing a 10% cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2019.
The company plans to pay SAR 1 per share, or a total of SAR 16 million for H1-19, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
It is worth noting that net profits of MIS jumped by 109.3% year-on-year to SAR 24.74 million during the first six months of 2019.
The Saudi-based company generated SAR 449.34 million in revenues during the first six months of 2019, up 13.6% from SAR 395.52 million in the same period a year ago.
