Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the largest real estate development companies in Bahrain, has announced the imminent completion of the Jeewan residential project, with villa handovers to commence next month.
 
The Jeewan project is progressing in accordance with the initial timeline, with 99% of construction work on the 173 villas in Phase I of the project already completed, in addition to 95% of infrastructural works.
 
The remainder of the infrastructural work is scheduled to be completed in mid-November, with villa handovers set to take place gradually starting from next month till mid-December.
 
Giving a project update, Diyar Al Muharraq said the completion rate of the 119 villas in the Phase II is at 91%, while infrastructure work stands at 89%. The units are likely to be completed in mid-December.
 
Diyar Al Muharraq anticipates the entire completion of Phase II by year-end, with the handover process commencing gradually from mid-December to mid-January 2021.
CEO Engineer Ahmed Ali Alammadi said: "In line with our continued efforts to maintain transparency with our customers, we are delighted to announce the latest updates and processes in relation to the Jeewan residential project within Diyar Al Muharraq."
 
"We are currently overseeing the imminent completion of the majority of the project, and look forward to the handover commencing in November. The continued progress we are making on Jeewan is a reflection of Diyar Al Muharraq’s dedication towards executing our projects with precision and mastery, while maintaining a steady pace of completion," stated Al Alammadi.
 
"We look forward to the handover of the Jeewan villas and to welcoming our homeowners to their new residences very soon," he added.
 
The Jeewan villas at Diyar Al Muharraq feature a number of architectural designs, ranging from contemporary, to tropical, to French and classic Art Deco exteriors, and are characterized by a blend of traditional and modern architectural styles, making them suitable to a variety of different needs and personal tastes.
 
The master developer is also currently working on Jeewan Phase III, featuring 160 residential units, in line with the initial timeline. Nearly 60 per cent of the homes in this phase is ready, while the infrastructure work is 52% completed, stated Al Alammadi.
 
The final phase of the project is set to be completed in May next year, he added.
