Cairo – Talaat Moustafa Group Holding (TMG Holding) approved the resignation of Amr El-Kady from his position as the deputy CEO for personal reasons.

The resignation has been effective as of Wednesday, 1 July, the company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.

It is worth mentioning that during the first quarter of 2020, Talaat Moustafa Group reported net profits of EGP 375.33 million, up from EGP 361.2 million in the year-ago period.
