Riyadh –  The Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) has imposed a SAR 20,000 fine on Ash-sharqiyah Development Company.

This comes due to the violation of market rules and regulations, as the company disclosed incorrect information in its announcement on 3 November 2019, regarding its interim financial results for the financial period ending on 30 September 2019.

However, a corrective announcement about the total shareholders’ equity after deducting minority equity was published on 14 November 2019.
