Cairo – CI Capital Holding For Financial Investments announced the resignation of Hazem Badran and Tarek Tantawy from their positions as Co-CEOs and Managing Directors.

The company’s board of directors decided to hire Hesham Gohar as the new CEO, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.

Badran and Tantawy will remain in their positions until 20 May to “ensure a smooth transition of operations.”

In 2020, CI Capital reported consolidated net profits of EGP 474.6 million, down by 12.4% from EGP 541.75 million a year earlier.
