Dubai -  The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) has announced that listed-companies have recorded a 100% compliance for the disclosure of Q2-2018 results within the 45-day deadline.

A total of 65 companies have disclosed their quarterly results in the DFM, according to an official statement released on Wednesday.

The market suspended trading on the stocks of Arab Insurance Group and Al Safwa Mubasher Financial Services.

“The Exchange submitted a detailed report to the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) including the disclosure dates and its remarks on the disclosures according to SCA requirements.”
