Dubai: The quest to find the UAE’s most prestigious and successful real estate brokerages and agents has ceased – the Property Finder awards ceremony highlighted the winners, the up-and-comers, and the new faces to watch.
The UAE’s prominent property brokerages, real estate agents and the “who’s who” of the real estate industry gathered at The Armani Hotel in the Burj Khalifa, Dubai, on Tuesday (16 November) to honour winners of the hotly contested Property Finder Real Estate Awards 2021.
The event, attended by over 450 guests, including prominent industry stakeholders and senior government officials, showcased the exceptional work achieved in the UAE real estate market during the past year. Attendees thoroughly enjoyed themselves and were ecstatic to attend the in-person awards ceremony since its brief hiatus due to the pandemic.
As an insightful hub for all things real estate, the award’s judging was based on a plethora of data, ranging from consumer enquiries and demand, company quality of standards and performance across the board on the Property Finder platform, further strengthening the real estate portal as an industry leader through and through.

Moreover, since the beginning of the pandemic, the real estate industry has witnessed an unparalleled transformation - the property market managed to break several records previously held for over 12 years.
Property Finder considered several nominees from the entire pool of brokerages and agents in the UAE and the winners were chosen after months of meticulous deliberation by a panel of expert judges, backed by a tremendous amount of data. Winners across 14 categories were unveiled during the night, with a heavy focus on highlighting the real estate companies that utilized the industry’s best practices and provided exceptional customer service.
By awarding the country’s top talent, the Property Finder Awards help to advance the real estate industry in its pursuit in achieving excellence, transparency and best practices. It aims to celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies and professionals operating in the industry and is considered a mark of excellence and success.
From a consumer perspective, the awards are highly insightful as it helps identify the best agents and brokerages in the country to facilitate the home hunting or selling journey. Additionally, winning one of these awards proves that the individual or agency has the necessary qualities, metrics and professional ethos that sets them apart from competitors in the grander UAE property market.
