Oman Tourism Development company (Omran) has invited institutional investors to submit expressions of interest (EOIs) to build and own a commercial office building at Madinat Al Irfan (East).

A public notice said Omran will lease of part of the building as its head office and the net leasable area of the building would be approximately 16,000 square metres.

Omran will decide on the minimum lot size of the investment based on the responses received, the notice added.

31 October 2019 is the last submission date, the notice said.

Madinat Al Irfan is an upcoming mixed-use development in Oman's capital city Muscat.
