Dubai: Mazaya Government Services Center celebrates the first anniversary of its establishment, underlining a remarkable success story in the governmental services sector. During this year, the Center was distinguished by earning the trust of a significant number of customers across all sectors at the Emirate of Dubai.

The parent company, On-Time Government Services, endeavored to establish Mazaya Government Services Center, strategically located at Sheikh Zayed Road, near Business Bay and Dubai Mall, in the heart of the Emirate. The center aims to provide a set of governmental services to allow any investor or resident in the United Arab Emirates to overcome all challenges they might face. The Center has successfully completed more than 70,000 transactions and served more than 25,000 customers till date, considering the implementation of the seven-star services criteria of the UAE Governmental Services Excellence Program.

In line with the wise vision of UAE government, the center was keen to employ a distinguished elite of national talented individuals and to provide a service package for companies, individuals, citizens and residents of UAE across all sectors in the Emirate. That included the Federal Authority of Identity and Citizenship; immigration services of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai; Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization services; domestic workers services, and Dubai Economy Services (DED), all of which fall under the umbrella of Amer Centers. That also included the services of Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Property Registration Trustee services, as well as a plethora of services supporting company establishment and licensing, Emirates IDs, medical tests, health insurance and other added governmental services.

In appreciation of customers’ trust and support and to celebrate such occasion, the Center is offering 10% cash back on all transactions for loyalty card holders. The Center, within its second year of business, looks forward into providing customers with a great set of plans and offers aiming at enhancing customer happiness and satisfaction.
