HAMBURG- Jordan's state-owned Silos and Supply General Company made no purchase in an international tender to buy 50,000 tonnes of milling wheat which closed on May 21, European traders said.

Lack of participation in the tender was said to be the reason.

The state-owned company issues tenders separately from the country’s main grains buyer, the trade ministry.
