Ouaissa has been with HMH for the past 4 years as Head of Operational Support and with nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Specializing in launching new Food & Beverage concepts Ouissa has worked with leading brands such as the Marriott, One and Only, Le Meridien and Hilton.

His experience in the hospitality industry will enhance our culinary offerings and continue to enhance our standards across all existing and new properties within the Middle East & North Africa.
