Dubai, UAE: Dubai-based Binghatti Developers announced that the construction of its AED 150 million project Binghatti Platinum is being processed at an accelerated pace, which will allow the company to deliver its project in January 2019.
The two basement levels, ground, and four residential floors of the 13-storey building have already been completed, and at this pace, the company will ensure that the project will be delivered on time.
Located at the heart of the Silicon Oasis community and spread over a construction area of 312,813 SQ FT, Binghatti Platinum features 170 residential units, including 99 studios, 71 two-bedroom apartments, in addition to 4 retail shops.
Binghatti Platinum features a plethora of lifestyle amenities including a heat monitored swimming pool, a health club, a children’s play area, and a public terrace for residents to enjoy.
Binghatti Platinum is amongst a number of projects that are currently being developed in Dubai Silicon Oasis including Binghatti Stars, Binghatti Crystals, Binghatti Platinum, with a total of 981 units being currently developed in this thriving community.
Located in the heart of the master planned Smart City of Dubai Silicon Oasis, Binghatti Platinum is centred within walking distance of both the cutting-edge Silicon Park, the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority’s flagship mixed-use community development, and the upcoming Silicon Oasis Mall.
