Americana Egypt to distribute 0.058 per share

Egyptian International Tourism Projects (Americana Egypt) (EITP) will distribute EGP 0.057797775 per share as cash dividends for 2019, according to the company’s May 11th statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange.

Americana will pay the dividends to the entitled shareholders on May 14^th.The ex-dividend date is set as May 11^th.

The company reported a 54% year on year decrease in its consolidated profit for 2019.

Consolidated net profit reached EGP 13,371,795 in 2019, compared to EGP 29,467,856 achieved a year earlier.

Standalone profit stood at EGP 28,436,527 in 2019, a 76% drop from EGP 116,526,022 posted in 2018.
