The activities of the National Real Estate Exhibition 2021, organized by the National Exhibition Company, began Saturday, with the participation of about 40 real estate development companies and targeted sales of up to one billion pounds.

Moataz Askar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Exhibition for National Projects, said that the exhibition in its version launched today includes about 40 real estate developers who have a portfolio of various projects in the New Administrative Capital and in other areas outside the capital such as Galala, New Alamein City, Port Said, New Damietta, and New Mansoura Which contributes to collecting the largest number of projects in front of customers and exclusive offers and various payment systems

He added during the press conference held by the company on the sidelines of the launch of the exhibition activities, that the focus of the exhibition on national projects comes within the state’s plan that focuses on developing national projects at an accelerated rate, as well as starting life in the Administrative Capital with employees moving to the government district during the current year.

He pointed out that since the inauguration of the Administrative Capital, and with government and national support and the investment importance of this project, customers’ demand to buy in the capital for the purpose of housing or investment has increased, which has increased during the recent period with the implementation of a large part of the project and the transfer of employees to the government district in the Administrative Capital and the availability of services in the city.

He explained that the company organized the exhibition twice during the last half of last year, and sales were achieved through the two exhibitions at a value of one billion pounds, with the presence of about 4 thousand visitors in one exhibition.

Ahmed Waked, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Exhibition, said that the company has a plan to launch the exhibition 4 times during the current year with targeted sales of about 4 billion pounds, with the strength of the real estate market and the continuation of its activity even during the “Corona” crisis, as the Egyptian real estate market depends on demand The real thing, which makes him steadfast in facing any challenges.

He explained that the idea of ​​the exhibition is based on gathering the largest number of developers working in the Administrative Capital in one place so that the customer has multiple options with exclusive payment systems and exclusive offers during the period of the exhibition that are not repeated throughout the year, which benefits the investor and the client as well.

Ismail El-Sherbiny, Vice Chairman of the National Exhibition, said that the real estate market will be more active during the current year with the decrease in bank interest and the continuation of the real estate trend as a safe haven for investment in addition to achieving a distinct investment return from the real estate, and it is expected that the current year will be a difference in the real estate industry in the local market. .

He added that the company has a plan to expand this exhibition outside Egypt to attract foreign investment, as well as those working outside Egypt in the Gulf countries, with the end of the “Corona” crisis, and this exhibition is expected to start outside Egypt starting next year.

He explained that the company is marketing more than 500 projects owned by about 200 real estate developers, most notably Emaar Egypt, Palm Hills and Sodic, including 30 developers in the New Administrative Capital.
