Cairo:- Taj Design has successfully signed contracts to design and implement several projects with Al-Hadi Group, the leading Real Estate Development Company during the next three years at an investment of 2 billion Egyptian pounds, where the company will design a mall on an area of one ​​acre in the Central business district(CBD) in the New Administrative Capital, followed by another mall with the same specifications in the central business district of the New Administrative Capital as well, and a mini-compound in New Cairo to be designed during the coming period.

For his part, Eng. Sherif Helal, CEO of Taj Design, expressed his happiness with this step and said: “We are pleased to cooperate with Al-Hadi Group in these projects, and we are also planning for more distinguished projects with other developers, which we will announce soon. We are working according to a distinctive and new approach in the real estate market, we do not stop at the limits of design and implementation only, but we have a team specialized in marketing studies and works side by side with the design team to provide ideas and solutions that guarantee success for our clients’ business, and this is the approach that we followed during our years of work and through which we were able to make a unique name in the Egyptian market.” The investment of the Central Business District Mall in the New Administrative Capital is estimated at 350 to 400 million Egyptian pounds, as it extends over an area of one ​​acre and consists of 3 basement garage floors, two commercial floors, four medical floors, and ten repeated administrative floors. The implementation of the project begins in the middle of next year and will be delivered within three Years, which will be followed by another mall with the same specifications in the same area on a neighboring plot of 1 acre. As for the mini-compound project, it is located in New Cairo with an investment cost of about 300 million Egyptian pounds.
