Abu Dhabi: Reportage Properties, the leading real estate developer in the UAE, made a special offer during the holy month of Ramadan offering a 10% discount on all its projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, with only 10% down payment.

The company is developing 11 projects that are under construction, providing about 5,000 housing units within the most important investment areas in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The list of "Reportage Properties" projects is consist of 8 projects in Abu Dhabi, in  areas  including Masdar City, Al Raha Beach, Al Maryah Island and Yas Island, in addition to 4 projects in Dubai.

Islam Ahmed Suleiman, CEO, said that the company is keen to make special offers that meet the requirements of its customers, by providing various options that suit different client segments. He noted that they achieved strong sales this year which confirm the continuation of the strong performance of the UAE real estate market after overcoming the challenges associated with the "Covid-19" pandemic.

He added that "Reportage Properties" achieved record sales during 2020, as sales exceeded Dhs812mn, with a growth ratio of 125% compared to the year 2019. The company also continued work in all its projects according to the schedule, as they prepare for handing the units off, which reflects the strength of the company's performance and the stability of its business model.

Suleiman said that the company organized a special sales day  in early April,  which received great customer response, and achieved strong sales within one day. The sales outcome exceeded Dhs23mn in its projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This also reflected great customers’ confidence in their projects.

The list of "Reportage Properties" projects in Abu Dhabi includes "Al Raha Lofts 1", providing 178 residential units, and "Al Raha Lofts 2", which adds 124 residential units, within the Al Raha Beach area.

In Masdar City in Abu Dhabi, the "Oasis Residence 1" project is being developed to provide 612 apartments, the "Oasis Residence 2" includes about 304 housing units, as well as the "The Gate"  that adds 463 apartments. The "Leonardo Residence" project in Masdar City, which was delivered about two years ago, included 177 apartments.

On Al Maryah Island.Reportage Properties is also developing “Al Maryah Vista” project, providing 786 housing units. The company also recently unveiled the “Diva” project on Yas Island, which will provide 736 housing units.

In Dubai, “Reportage Properties” is developing  “Alexis Tower” project on Sheikh Zayed Road in the Downtown Jebel Ali area. It provides 378 luxury residential units, and “Rukan Tower”, in the “Dubailand” area, which is being developed in cooperation with “Continental Investment”. It provides about 488 housing units, while “Rukan Lofts 1” includes about 349 residential villas, and “Rukan Lofts 2” provides about 305 villas.
