Sharjah - The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department and the Real Estate Sector Business Group in Sharjah announced they have finalized preparations for the upcoming 6th edition of the Real Estate Investment Exhibition-Acres 2019.

Organized under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, the exhibition will be held at Expo Centre Sharjah from the 19 to 21 of March with impressive turnout expected by real estate companies and developers from the UAE and region.

Thanks to the resounding success of previous editions, Acres has become one of the region’s most important real estate investment exhibition, attracting the largest real estate developers in the UAE and the GCC countries. The exhibition comes against the backdrop of positive real estate growth and the continuation of construction activities to meets the increasing demands on housing and offices in the emirate.

Backed by the emirate’s strategic location and competitive advantages, Sharjah real estate sector has become one of the key pillars of economic diversification strategy, adding up to the emirate’s economic stability and broad urban development. The Emirate’s unique features have thereby tuned it into a leading international destination for investment in the real estate sector, which serve the development plans set by the wise leadership to shape oil-free future.

HE Saeed Ghanim Al Suwaidi, Chairman of Real Estate Sector Business Group, stressed that organizing bodies have put in place final preparations for the sixth edition of Acres. besides being an exceptional platform to showcase investment opportunities and review the latest developments in real estate projects, the exhibition plays a key role in promoting the real estate investment environment in Sharjah and launching unparalleled real estate projects in the region, Al Suwaidi said.

The 2019 edition will attract new real estate companies seeking to enter regional markets, where all of the exhibition’s pavilions have been booked weeks ahead the commencement, which highlights its importance being an opportunity for participating companies to showcase their products, the Chairman of Real Estate Sector Business Group added.

During the exhibition, more than 16 specialized workshops will be held and presented by a number of specialists from concerned departments as well as by experts in construction engineering, investment, law, taxation, architecture. The event will also organize several free and varied training courses covering a number of related fields and will provide participants with certificates when completed.
