Jean-Luc is a seasoned hotelier who brings with him a wealth of experience across the luxury lifestyle and hospitality sector. Most recently, Jean-Luc served as CEO for La Reserve Hotels & Spas where he was in charge of a collection of six hotels and five private homes with a team of 600 staff. Prior to this Jean-Luc was Head of the Michelin Guides worldwide, where he repositioned the existing collection to expand outside Europe by adding 12 new city guides. Jean-Luc has also been at the helm of some of the most respected and leading luxury resorts globally including One&Only Le St Geran, One&Only Reethi Rah, The Residence Mauritius and Sandy Lane Barbados.
